Front Office

	Linda, Office Manager Linda has been with Ahwatukee Sports & Spine since day one. Linda is ultimately responsible for the day to day activities of the office. She oversees all office staff and makes sure that things run smoothly.
	Carrie, Front Office Assistant Carrie has many responsibilities in our office. She is most often seen at check-out and will schedule patients for procedures and follow-ups. She is responsible for getting authorizations for procedures.
	Vanessa, Front Office Assistant Vanessa is responsible for checking patients in or out at the office. She will schedule new patients appointments, follow-ups, and procedures. She also is quite helpful with some of the "behind the scenes" paperwork.
	Michelle, Medical Assistant Michelle is a Medical Assistant in the office. She will bring patients back to the rooms, check vitals and helps the office run smoothly. She can also be seen checking patients in and out.
	Erin, Front Office Assistant Erin is the first smiling face you see when you walk into our office. She is responsible for checking patients in and scheduling appointments.

Back Office

	Reggie, Back Office Assistant Reggie and Paula work together in our Billing and Collections Department. They are responsible for trying to get insurance companies to pay for services rendered. They can answer any questions related to statements or bills.
	Paula, Back Office Assistant Reggie and Paula work together in our Billing and Collections Department. They are responsible for trying to get insurance companies to pay for services rendered. They can answer any questions related to statements or bills.
	Cathy, Assistant Office Manager Cathy assists in the back office taking care of the financial aspects of the practice. Cathy is Dr. Kozak's wife.
